The design is handled by UHA London and Gensler — two globally respected firms. UHA London has done residential and mixed-use projects across Europe, while Gensler is one of the largest architecture firms in the world. If you’re investing or planning ahead, the Golf Course Road address will likely look very different by 2031.

Payment plan: 30:40:30 — meaning 30% at booking, 40% paid in stages during construction over roughly 2.5–3 years, and the final 30% at possession.

Godrej Properties itself carries a 125-year legacy and over 250 awards. That doesn’t guarantee anything on its own, but it does mean there’s a paper trail of delivered projects behind this name.

The project has 5 towers at G+38 floors, with a total of just 350 residences. Only 2 apartments per floor — making this one of the lowest-density large-scale luxury projects on Sohna Road. On a per-floor basis, that’s exceptional even by Delhi-NCR standards.

The clubhouse is 1.5 lakh sq. ft. — or 150,000 sq. ft. To give that perspective, that’s larger than many standalone commercial buildings. It includes lifestyle, retail, and wellness spaces curated specifically for residents.

Developer track record: Elan Group has delivered Elan Imperial, Elan Epic, and Elan Paradise — all on time. A 100% on-time delivery record is rare in this sector, and at a ₹10 crore commitment, it matters.

Let’s address this directly: Trump Tower Gurgaon is India’s first Trump-branded residential project. The USP here is brand recognition, and it’s a legitimate one — especially for NRI buyers.

Starting price: ₹10 crore+, at ₹28,000–₹35,000 per sq. ft. You’re paying a brand premium, and it’s worth knowing that going in. But the underlying product — 3 and 4 BHK homes from approximately 3,500 to 5,000 sq. ft. on one of Gurgaon’s most premium corridors — backs up that pricing.

Location: Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road (GCER), adjacent to M3M Golf Estate. DLF Arbour is nearby. The Rapid Metro at Sector 55/56 is accessible. GCER is arguably the fastest-appreciating luxury corridor in Gurgaon right now, with several high-end projects clustered in this zone.

Developers: The project is by Tribeca Developers and SmartWorld. Tribeca is the same developer behind Trump Tower Mumbai, which means they have actual experience delivering Trump-branded luxury — not just licensing the name. SmartWorld brings local market execution experience.

For NRI buyers, this one has a particular pull. The Trump brand is internationally recognised, and owning a Trump-addressed property in India means something to that audience — both personally and for future resale to another NRI buyer.

Scarcity: There is very limited Trump-branded supply across India. That scarcity tends to hold value differently than generic luxury.

Possession: 2028–2029 — the earliest possession window of the three projects in this list. If timeline is a factor in your decision, this is worth noting.
